Ms. Douglas’s professional career has included roles as the founder of three companies, the architecture of a custom database serving 4000 retail loan officers, the building of a real estate lending department from the ground up for a 100,000 member based credit union, a public speaker, and author. Ms. Douglas and her associates live by the mantra “Impact Matters.”
Ms. Douglas has worked with mortgage loan originators who are featured as the top 200 in the nation to create annuity businesses. The defining difference is in the approach. She is certified to teach 8 hours of NMLS continuing education, and as an individual and team coach. Ms. Douglas is in the process of becoming certified with an assessment tool that scientifically drills down on an individual’s gifts so they can prosper and enjoy their professional life. Ms. Douglas has recently her brokers’ license, she has received her degree from Cal State Fullerton. Cindy is a published author for Housing Matrix, Mortgage Originator Magazine, Loan Officer Magazine, My Rate Alert, ACT Extra and Front Runner. She is in the midst of publishing her first book entitled “Proven Secrets for Staying on Top in the Mortgage Business 17 Hard Fought Lessons from Mortgage Professionals Still Standing in the Wake of 2008.”
Today Cindy continues to speak on a national level to mortgage and real estate professionals as well as writing articles that are featured in industry publications to enhance both professionals with their database and contact management systems.
On a personal note, Cindy is involved with the Make a Wish foundation – where she lends her expertise as a public speaker. In addition she also is a Wish Granter for this organization which brings her incredible joy and inspiration.
Besides her active participation in these organizations, Cindy and her husband Mike enjoy spending time with their son Benjamin, Daughter-in-law Elizabeth, Grandsons Maddox and Grayson, & Grand-dog Sophie.
